“Tame Cleaning were extremely helpful in enabling us to move our contract from the City Council. Richard and Todd are very knowledgeable and approachable, and no problem has been too great. We have found their services very professional and Todd is always on hand to manage the cleaners wherever needed and to ensure holiday and sickness is always covered. We have regular communication and spot checks are carried out by the management team. Any specific tasks or requests are always addressed promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Tame Cleaning Services to any potential client, as they always do what they say they are going to do. We are extremely pleased with the services offered and are very glad we appointed them.”

“Tame Cleaning took over our cleaning contract just over a year ago and we have been more than pleased with their performance. If we have ever had any specific issues they have been dealt with promptly, including a flood in one of the classrooms when they brought specialist equipment at no extra cost to help clear up the mess. They perform regular spot checks and if their high standards aren’t being met this is rectified immediately. We have been so impressed by the professionalism of the company and their staff that we have also moved our other school’s cleaning contract to them too. Well done Tame!”

With speedy, professional responses to email and telephone enquiries we found the customer care to be outstanding.
